We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data stored on our servers.

What data do we store?

Data stored on our servers (Firebase)

Account profile: Name, email and profile photo from Google Sign-In
Credits: Your credit balance, VIP status and total pitches generated

Data stored locally on your device

Pitch history: Up to 50 generated pitches (stored in SharedPreferences)
App preferences: Language, theme and style settings

Local data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data from your device settings.

Request data deletion

Fill out the form below and we will delete all your server-stored data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

Request received

We have received your data deletion request. Your data will be removed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us at admin@ylgram.org.

Alternative methods

You can also request data deletion by:

Sending an email to admin@ylgram.org with the subject "Data Deletion Request — TuriPitch" and the email address associated with your account.
From within the app: go to Settings and use the Delete Account option.
