TuriPitch ("we", "the app") is an application within the Ylgram ecosystem, operated under the T'ryel brand. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect user information.
Account information: When you sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address and profile photo provided by Google. We do not store your Google password.
Credits and usage data: We store your credit balance, VIP status and total number of pitches generated in Firebase Firestore, associated with your account.
Images and videos: When you add images or videos to create a pitch, these files are processed locally on your device and sent temporarily to AI services (Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) to generate content. We do not store your images or videos on our servers.
Generated content: The pitches you generate are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences (up to 50 pitches). They are not uploaded to our servers.
We use the following third-party services:
When generating a pitch, your service description and media files (images and/or video) are sent to these AI services for processing. These services process the data according to their own privacy policies. We do not send personal information (name, email) to these AI services.
We do not sell data: We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Exported content: When you export or share a pitch, the content is shared through your device's native sharing capabilities. We do not control or track how you distribute exported content.
Account data (credits, VIP status) is stored on Google Firebase servers with security rules that restrict access to each user's own data. Generated pitches are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

We maintain your account data (credits, usage statistics) while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Locally stored pitches are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
TuriPitch is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We will notify significant changes through the app or by email. The last update date is indicated at the beginning of this document.
